A painful dream
slices sleep serene
Seems like memory
thoughts I've never seen
Unfeigned feelings swell inside me
Vivid details overwhelm me
From this vision life must vary
Else a burden I must carry

More painful dreams
more real they seem
Unconsciousness
no longer my redress
My repose so often fleeting
How I miss my nights of resting
Full of fear and heavy laden
Rid me of this massive burden
